Water Framework Directive

Staff at IPA Energy + Water Economics conducted an economic analysis of the European Union’s Water Framework Directive, from the Article 5 report submissions to the preparation of the national and river basin district regulatory impact assessments in England and Wales.  This included the assessment of non-market benefits of water quality and quantity improvements.
