Transfer of the Utility Service Provision for Lancashire Enterprise

IPA carried out an evaluation of a private distribution network for Leyland Business Park near Preston.

The assignment included developing cash flows for the site, analysing new legislation on private distribution networks, and assisting the client to negotiate with a third party on the provision of operation and maintenance for the network.
