Establishment of Energy Regulatory Framework

During a major two-year project, IPA Energy + Water Economics supported the Commissioners of the newly created energy regulator in Serbia to develop the core building blocks of the energy regulation framework – from recruitment of the senior management team and development of the Agency’s Business Plan, to proposals for pricing methodologies, market design, and performance incentives.
