Gas Pipeline Regulation

As part of a feasibility study for PetroSA looking at the economic viability of a pipeline from Namibia down the west coast of South Africa, we assessed the implications for the pipeline of the existing regulatory regimes in Namibia and South Africa, proposed a regulatory and commercial structure for the pipeline within that context and helped PetroSA prepare its case to the regulator.
