Regulatory Support

For a vertically-integrated island electricity company, IPA Energy + Water Economics has provided regulatory and commercial support for a number of years during the introduction of economic regulation.  Assignments include the development of a business model to assess the effects of the regulator’s price control proposals; assessment of the cost-reflectiveness of existing tariffs; analysis of generation investment options and allocation of costs between asset users.
