IPA Energy + Water Economics was appointed by FIPA Energy + Water EconomicsG to conduct an audit of the financial and technical performance of the private operator of five city water systems in Mozambique against the targets and standards contained in its regulatory contract, and to make recommendations for compliance where necessary.
