IPA Energy + Water Economics has skills in utility sector policy development – electricity, gas and water.  We help Governments to identify and prioritise their policy objectives and to develop strategies to meet them.  We have specialist expertise in competition policy and private sector participation and in policy programmes to support the development of renewable energy sources.

We have extensive experience in drafting or updating primary and secondary legislation to support policy initiatives, together with guidelines and procedures for their implementation.
