Gas Strategy

For the Government of Nigeria, IPA Energy + Water Economics developed policy and an implementation strategy for the effective utilisation of its substantial gas resources, in order to realise the economic benefits and reduce the environmental impact of flaring.  The strategy included proposals for restructuring of the downstream gas sector institutions, drafting new primary legislation, and proposals for the establishment of a transparent regulatory framework.
