IPA Energy + Water Economics worked with the Government and Electricity Regulator in Jamaica to conduct a fundamental review of the existing legal framework, including primary and secondary legislation, regulations and long-term contracts; to propose amendments and new legislation where appropriate and to prepare detailed drafting instructions.
