Business Plan Development Indah Water

IPA Energy + Water Economics was appointed to develop a business model for Indah Water, responsible for the majority of wastewater and sewerage treatment in Malaysia. The work encompassed a review of existing plans, a review of the tariff methodologies, development of innovative strategies for tariff mechanisms and development of financial and management information models and demand forecasts.
