Transformation of the Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation

IPA Energy + Water Economics undertook an organisational review of the vertically integrated state owned Ethiopian electricity company, advising management and Government on organisational design and structures to bring about reform. Part of a wider programme, the assignment also delivered capacity development and change management assistance through training courses and workplace assistance.
