Capacity development is a common aspect of many reform projects. IPA Energy + Water Economics has been engaged in the introduction of innovative and long-lasting capacity building techniques, strengthening and developing organisational capacity through facilitation, training and coaching, developing institutional and legal frameworks and the introduction of successful methodologies and recognised business processes.
