IPA Energy + Water Economics is currently advising Clients on special funding mechanisms to stimulate implementation of energy policy development either to mitigate risk or enhance the financial returns to attract capital.  We have designed funds and risk mitigation mechanisms, and acted as technical advisers and fund managers to banks and international financial institutions.
