Privatisation Strategy

IPA is developing a privatisation strategy for the electricity and coal mining sectors in Montenegro, identifying key privatisation issues and options for the soon to be unbundled national electricity operator EPCG (including its non-core assets such as hotels and a construction company) as well as a lignite mine.
