The Government of Nigeria obtained a credit from the International Development Agency (IDA) aimed at privatising 11 distribution companies and 3 generating companies. The privatisation is being undertaken by a consortium of firms divided into teams covering technical, legal, accounting, investment banking, economic and project management. IPA is leading the investment banking work.
