Developing a Water Strategy

The principle objective of this assignment was to develop a long terms business strategy for a government owned water utility.  The work entailed producing long term demand forecasts, an infrastructure investment plan and the creation of a financial model for the utility.  Options for Private Sector Participation in helping the utility implement its strategy were also examined.
