The easiest way to get to/from London City Airport is to use London City Airport DLR station. The service running from London City Airport has direct connections with the Jubilee Line (at Canning Town), Northern, Central, Circle and Waterloo and City Line (all from Bank station).

By Road
Please be aware that Wigmore Street is within the London Congestion Charge Zone. The Congestion Charging Operating Hours are 7:00AM - 6:00PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). The Congestion Charging Zone is clearly defined by signs and / or road markings at entrance and exit points. The standard daily charge is £8. To get to the IPA building you have to turn off Wigmore Street and go down James Street, then take first right, first right again onto Duke Street, parking space at the London office is limited to only one space.
