transmission, interconnectors, distribution and storage. We assist in
analysing future prices and markets, analysing and mitigating risk, and
formulating agreements for power sales and fuel purchase.

IPA deploys its extensive knowledge of operations of electricity and gas
markets around the world in support of its clients.

regulatory procedures, drafting tariff methodology and price controls
and licenses. IPA uses this experience in support of its clients in securing
the regulatory approvals required to do business.
PPAs
and FSAs
Contracts for power and fuel are the cornerstones of energy markets. IPA’s
expertise in the evaluation of such contracts – often against projections
of future market prices is widely used both to evaluate a deal before
its conclusion and in disputes after a transaction has taken place.
