Sharjah swelters in the dark

Sharjah, UAE has been experiencing ongoing power failures resulting in black outs and sweltering temperatures. The local power authority put this down to a breakdown at the powerplant but in today's National, IPA associate director, Douglas Caskie discusses other reasons why these power failures are ongoing.
