IPA appointed as advisors on first IPPs in Libya

IPA supported by the law firm Norton Rose have been appointed to advise on the implementation of the first IPPs in Libya. IPA are acting as financial and economic advisors to the state utility GECOL. Two projects are being developed to bring best international practices in operation, management, procurement and development to two power stations in Libya.
