No business like snow business

Bloomberg today reported that two of Germany's power providers have staff on call in anticipation of major snowstorms. Speaking to IPA's Kim Keats, he explained that the priority throughout the cold weather will be to keep households heated and that Norwegian and French power demand is more sensitive to plunging temperatures than other European nations because heating there is mainly electric.
