Tender for the Luganville Electricity Concession

Electricity services for the town of Luganville, the main urban centre on the island of Espiritu Santo, are supplied under a concession contract which is due to expire on 31st December 2010. The Government of Vanuatu is therefore inviting interested parties to qualify for participation in a tender to select the next concessionaire. The deadline for submissions is 12:00 hours (Vanuatu time) on Monday 12th April 2010.
